All sale items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.The item must be returned to us unused and in as new condition with all packaging and labels intact.The latest acceptable date for returns is 14 days after you receive your order. Please indicate on your delivery note the item(s) you are returning and the reason. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a registered post that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot refund items lost in the post. Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. You will need to return the unwanted item to us or yourself for processing first and then you should place a new order.
