How to place an order
It is easy to place an order on our website. Just add the selected product to the cart, and then go to the Cart page, check the correctness of the ordered items and click the "Checkout" or "Quick order" button.
Checkout in standard mode
If you are sure of the choice, you can place an order yourself by filling out this form step by step.
Filling in the address
Select the name of your region or settlement from the list. If you have not found your locality on the list, select "Other location" and write the name of your locality in the "City" column. Please enter correct postcode.
Delivery
Depending on the place of residence, you will be offered delivery options. Choose any convenient method. Read more about the terms of delivery in the section "Delivery"
Payment
Choose the best payment method. For more details about all options, see the "Payment" section.
Customer
Enter data about yourself: name, address, phone number. In the "Order comments" field, enter information that may be useful to the courier, for example, entrances in a house are counted from right to left.
Checkout
Check the correctness of the information entered: order items, location, information about the buyer. Click the "Checkout."
Our service remembers user data, information about the order and next time will ask you to repeat the data of the previous order to enter. If the conditions do not suit you, choose other options.
Credit or Debit Card
When placing an order, you can choose paying with your credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express. The electronic security system ensures safety of your banking information. To pay for your order, you will be forwarded to the secure server, where you should enter the number, period of validity of your card, and your full name.
The authorization can fail in a few cases:
Your bank does not support the 3D-Secure technology;
The amount of money on your bank account is not enough, or you have reached the credit limit;
Your credit card does not support online payments;
Your card cannot be used for international transactions;
The time for entering data is over;
There is a mistake in your data;
The card has been expired.
In such cases you can try once more in 20 minutes or use another credit card. Sometimes the change of a browser helps. We also recommend you to contact your bank for more information.

PayPal
If you select this method, you will be automatically get to the PayPal website. If you are already a member of this payment system and have an active account, you should log in to confirm the transfer.
Customers without PayPal accounts should register at first and then proceed to this payment option.
Our goal is to deliver your orders carefully and quickly.
Delivery terms vary depending on the state and shipping method. In case of any changes in the timeline, we will inform you ASAP.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays or official holidays are processed during the next working day.
Unfortunately we cannot change any parameters of the order (shipping address, colour, size, add one more product) once the package has been shipped.
You can track the order in your Account 24 hours per day. When it is packed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will get an email from us. It will contain a tracking number and a link to the website where you can monitor the delivery progress. However, this track number is activated only when the parcel is already on the territory of the destination country.

When you get a delivery, please accept it only after inspecting the box or package for any potential damage, which might have occurred during the transportation. The carton may show some wear, and it is OK. If you find a significant damage, please make a photo and refuse your order. If the damage is minor, you can accept the parcel and add a note to the delivery list, that the package was damaged a bit.
Please contact us if you have any questions concerning the state of the box. Our customer service team will help you. To make the inquiry easier, please prepare your order and item numbers, the tracking number of your order (this information can be found in the email).
In case of return, we will make sure you receive a refund as soon as possible. Your order will be cancelled, and you will be able to place a new one.
