In case of having a promo-code, use it in the process of the order placement when filling the form with terms of delivery. Before this you should check the expiry date of the code.
No, you can enter only one code for getting a discount when placing an order in our shop. Moreover, our promo-codes don’t apply to the goods that already have a discount.
Once we receive your pay, we will send a shipping confirmation on your contact email. There will be a link to the site, where you can enter a tracking code contained in the same very email for monitoring the status of your order.

You can make a return easily. Get the item you want to send back into the delivery box and stick a return label on it. You can use any shipping method you want. Then send us an email to notify about the return and ask for proof of postage. As soon as your box arrives, we will notify you. If all the conditions of return are fulfilled, you will get the refund within 14 days depending on the pay method you used when shopping.
The prepaid return label allows sending goods back to the shop for free. If you lost it, you can still send your order back, but you will have to pay for the shipping. Moreover, in that case our shop will not be responsible for any loss or theft during the delivery process.
If all the conditions of the returning process are fulfilled, the refund will be made using the same payment method you used for shopping online. The sum will be transferred either to your credit card, or to your electronic wallet. If you paid in cash, the refund can be made to the debit card, but you will have to send us all the necessary information for making a transfer (its number, expiration date, cardholder name).
If the clothes have any defects, we will be fully responsible for the returning process. In such a situation, please contact our customer service on info@showroomshop.ie, and they will authorize and organize a carrier to pick the product up with no extra cost. When the parcel arrives at our warehouse, we will check the condition of the item and make a refund within 14 working days since the acceptation of the return parcel. If the conditions of the products are not complying with the terms described above, no refunds are possible.
When you place an order in our online shop, you get a confirmation email with the following data:

Unfortunately, no items can be removed from the order, which was already confirmed. However, you can cancel the whole order, if it has not left the warehouse, yet. If it has, this option is also unavailable. The unwanted items from your order can be returned within 120 days from the acceptation of the parcel. They should be unwrapped and sent back in the original package.
When we talk about ordering an item from an online store, the warranty period starts from the day of delivery.
