Your Profile and Orders
We do our best to make the interface of our online shop easy and user-friendly. Your account contains all the necessary information concerning your orders and shopping process.
Your Account
Use your profile to check information on the items you’ve ordered, returns you’ve made and bonuses you’ve collected.
Order Status
As soon as the items you’ve ordered leave our warehouse, you receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the page, where you can monitor the state of your order. Just enter your number into the searching field, and you’ll get all the data.
Please note that the tracking number is active only when the parcel crosses the border of your country.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your online order, if you have changed your mind. However, it is possible only if the parcel has not left our warehouse yet. If it has already been shipped, it is not possible to cancel the delivery. In such a case, you will have to make a return, when the package arrives.
Warranty
We check all the items before sending them. However, sometimes items can be damaged during transportation. If the package is damaged, you can reject the parcel and send it back to us free of charge.
During the warranty period the customer, who has found a defect in the item, has a right to demand to take measures to eliminate the defect, change the defective product to a quality one or refund the purchase.
Warranty service concerning online shopping includes:
· exchange for a similar item without additional payment;
· exchange for a similar item with an additional payment;
· return and refund.
The customer has a full right to refuse the product of good quality within 120 days from the date of purchase, if:
· the item was not worn, washed and has no damages, is in an original package with all labels, seals;
· the item does not belong to the list of products of proper quality, which cannot be returned and exchanged.
The customer can exchange a quality item for another one, which is identical in value or for another item with an additional payment. If the price of the chosen exchange item is lower, the difference in price will be refunded.
